If you are anything like me, you’ve pushed yourself to the point of breaking, skipped workouts, worked just a few more hours, had a breakdown or two just to get back up and do it all over again.
And guess what, your body tolerates it all. Isn’t that incredible?
It’s one thing to learn how to eat and move to support your body but you really take it to the next level when you understand the WHY and how your body responds.
When you finally get to the core of your health, your body, your why, that’s when you can start creating sustainable habits that will stick with you for life.
Until then, you will keep finding new diets, challenges, workouts, to “fix” what your are dissatisfied with only to end up feeling unfilled with very little change to show for all the time, money, and frustration you invested.
